LIMITATION ON REMEDIES
Elements Casino Grand River's liability in all instances is capped at the amount paid into an account by you within a calendar year preceding the event giving rise to such claim or action, as applicable under Ontario gaming regulations.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved exclusively through arbitration in accordance with Ontario dispute resolution procedures.
